All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit - your appointment can be moved up to 48-hours prior without losing your deposit - if you amend your appointment within 48-hours and you will lose your deposit.

Please note: Lateness cannot be tolerated - I am a small business and client lateness impacts other clients - If you are over 5 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able to accommodate and your deposit will be lost.
